Returns -All products, unless otherwise noted, have a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee return period from the date the product was shipped. To return a product, the customer must first receive a Return Merchandise Authorization or RMA number, which can be obtained via email by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. The RMA number will be valid for 15 days after issued and must be clearly written on the outside of the package. All returned products must be 100% complete in all the original packaging and include any instruction manuals, warranty cards, and any other accessories in the original packaging. We will not accept any non-defective products in used condition. It is recommended that a traceable carrier be used when returning product(s). The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. In the event that an item is no longer available, we will replace it with a comparable item of equal or greater value.
Shipping -We ship all products United States Postal Service Priority Mail with Insurance. All products are in-stock and ready for immediate shipping unless marked out-of-stock. If you receive a damaged package, please call the respective shipping company's Customer Service for assistance United States Postal Service at 1-800-275-8777, Fed-Ex Ground at 1-800-762-3725 or UPS at 1-800-742-5877. All shipping related claims must be made by the consumer against the providing carrier. It is recommended that you inspect your package thoroughly when it arrives and refuse the package if you find any damage.
